Leaders navigate change every day. Changes within business markets, human resource and team management are inevitable. That's why we reached out to the Purpose & Performance Group and asked them to join us at our TribalHub Regional events and talk to tribal leaders across the nation about how to boost access to knowledge, decision making and new opportunities by strengthening network of connections.
In this podcast, Michelle Bouschor of TribalHub and Luke Freeman of Purpose & Performance Group sat down following the Midwest Regional Event that took place at the Oneida Nation in Green Bay, and discussed finding purpose that fits personal and professional life goals.

Tribes across the nation are banding together to share valuable security information and best practices in a safe and trusted environment within the new Tribal-ISAC. You absolutely NEED to be aware of all security resources available and participate to be making the best effort in protecting your tribe or tribal enterprise.
In late September, the TribalHub team hosted a Virtual Tribal Security Summit. This summit turned out to be one of our most successful virtual events to date, confirming what we already knew - cyber security is on EVERYONE’S mind.
With this podcast, we are releasing one of the sessions held during the Summit called “Cybersecurity Resources Tribes and Enterprises Need to Know About - Tribal-ISAC, CISA, MS-ISAC and more”. You'll hear from experts working in each of these groups in this conversation that is led by our TribalHub team member Tiffany Korenic.
Preparedness and solid security has never been best achieved through isolation, so the time to get engaged with resources is now.

Finding a good partner to work with is challenging. Both parties need to work together through challenges together. They need to go above and beyond and be committed to each other's success. They need to understand each other and their organization. All these things build trust, authenticity, and credibility. And, this is exactly how one could describe the relationship between the Quinault Indian Nation and ImageSource, Inc.
The two organizations have worked together for many years and on many projects that have been able to support the tribal nation. In this podcast, we sat down with Jon Sutherland of the Quinault Indian Nation and Gene Eckhart of ImageSource and talked with them about their relationship and a few of the many projects they are working on together. This conversation showcases how beneficial it is for tribal nations to partner with solution providers who understand their tribe, the structure of their tribal government, and to have a partner who genuinely cares about the wellbeing - and the next seven generations - of their indian nation.
Show notes:
ImageSource is the manufacturer of ILINX Software. They are the leading independent platform provider and integrator of document and data capture, workflow and business process automation. More information can be found on their website www.imagesourceinc.com

It's time to reimagine how you offer food to your guests. Are you using technology to bring efficiencies to your businesses, researching alternate options to items like disposable food containers that will have less of an environmental - and financial - impact, or are you working with solution providers to find new products that will help you navigate staffing shortages? If not, you should be. These are topics that should be on every food operator's radar. In this show, we listen to an upfront and frank discussion with food industry experts about all of these issues and more. Hear from Brian Berger, Principal at JBH Advisory Group; Alexis Kukuka, Director of Operations at JBH Advisory Group; Scott Swiger, Director of Business Development at JBH Advisory Group; Michael Doocey, Regional Vice President at Spectra Food Services & Hospitality and Philip Minichino, Director of Procurement at Foxwoods Casino as they share recent experiences and solutions that can be beneficial to all tribal organizations.

Access to broadband and wireless internet services has kept us together during the Covid pandemic. From holiday zooms to online schooling; from telehealth calls to work from home office meetings, it’s the connection we needed during this crazy time. Unfortunately, not everyone has had access to this type of connection. In Tribal communities, only 65% of the total population has access to broadband. And half of tribal rural households don’t have access to a fixed wireless internet provided, which is over twice the rate of non-tribal households. (www.muralnet.org). So, how do we change this? What can we do to help? How do tribes battle this divide that seems to be getting bigger, not smaller? Well, the answer isn’t easy. But it’s out there, as you’ll hear in this conversation with Mariel Tiggs & Crystal Hottowe. Mariel & Crystal work with the non-profit group, MuralNet. Together, they help tribal nations bring internet access to tribal lands by helping tribes find grant opportunities, map out the FCC’s Rural Tribal Priority Window that gives tribes the chance to apply for and receive spectrum licenses at no cost, find regional partners and so much more. Help is out there, and we hope this conversation will give you information that can be useful in your tribe's journey down this 21st Century Road.
